More than 15 years’ experience in culture, people, and process transformation in a variety of firms in the US and Europe including UBS Investment Bank, Citizens Financial Group, The Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest Markets, and Gartner.

Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Arts Degree in Communication from Fairfield University. My scholarly research focused on coaching and organizational development, specifically diversity & inclusion in the workplace.

Avid FEI Dressage rider and competitor having trained in the US, UK, Germany and Belgium. I have achieved my United States Dressage Federation Bronze and Silver medals along with many other national awards.
